passing on the rumour mill, why bother, until there is a NR from the group of nine (FN) saying the rof is a go, you can spec, spread bs, guess and or just ponder the moment, cause nothing absolutely nothing will move this project forward and to be sure there will be Ford and Trudeau NR pre empting the FN NR..  IMO
