Happy,

I don't see the article as negative at all.

I am looking at the timing and the 3 year duration.

Noront stated it will take 3 years to build the mine and they plan to build it at same time the road is being started.

Why mention monitoring due to industrial development if there isn't any?

The fact that this came out yesterday, tells me there is soon to be announced activity..... sounds to me  like the rumour is true.
