To me and this is jmo ,RCF is guarding there bottom line. They do not want someone getting in under there bottom line cost. Things must be heating up, and entities must be making moves behind the curtin. The trading these days looks likes the stock price is being controlled in a tight range. What are they worried about to put a floor on the stock price? It does put that floor on the price though!!
