I agree KTM, too long and very frustrating.  I'm wondering this: the EA that they are refering to which they say will take 3 years, is that an EA for the service road from Martin Falls?  I'm thinking the main road already has the EA done and we are just waiting to hear from the Ford government that shovels will be in the ground.  Am I correct, can anybody comment?
