Misinformation from Ford Government. The actual amount is:

"Ontario’s share per project will be up to 33 per cent, or $10.2 billion"

According to the Grant outline unless I am misreading it, the ROF will not qualify for any of these funds assuming that the $1Bil is still allocated to it. Clarification is needed on this specific area.
