It's been a while since I last surveyed this site.  I've been following NOT's sp sporadically and have noted when the shares outstanding incremented to the "downside" as the financiers became more NOT rich.  However given the massive size of it's multi-mineralization it's still a great find.  Too many shares out for its price though for my liking... but boy is it hugely rich.  I haven't owned any NOT in a while but I'm sure seeing a tastey sp range.... but I think I'll wait for some storm clouds to pass. 

NOT has every right to become one of the most massive mines to garner world wide attention and it's just a matter of time..... barring the very most inept decision making on the part of government...which can't be ruled out.  As the phrase goes...."unable to organize a one person picnic".

I see a lot of names here I don't recognize.  Some have left....some have joined.  The ebb and flow of all stocks.
