I was ready to applaud your solution of Noront taking out

FNC etal to end up controlling ROF alone, when it hit me.

Other than putting 'some" premium on 2 Million shares

of FNC that you own it would saddle us with even more

debt and NOT bring two levels of gouvernment and FNs

any closer to serious negotiations to get process going

at long last.
