Johnnie, there's no need to alleviate my "concerns or pananoia" as you put it.
I just call it as I see it.
I find it wierd that after nine years, you come out of the closet and each post you have made is negative in nature.
And if you really believe nothing is going to happen in five years, why come out now after 9 years and start complaining about it?
Noront's share price almost hit $7 back in sept 2007 and there was NO road NO mine.
The price of nickel was $25 LB back then.
With infrastructure spending and the push for vehicle electification, demand for metals will go up.
We don't need an open mine to see value. We need a start date.
You mention the dilution is huge.
But, you don't take into account that noront has consolidated 85% of the claims .
Cliffs spent 750 million on the Rof in total and Noront picked that up for around 25 million.
I posted this a while ago
I don't have Tesla shares nor do I plan to buy ,short, offer recommendations on Tesla...as you do.
I know some people that own Tesla cars and they absolutely are madly in love with their cars.
when you have one of these cars you, get this indication of nearby businesses that have charging stations. You drive up, introduce yourself and charge your car for free when needed. A very cool system.
Then the networking begins. You pull out your business card and it's one tesla owner yapping with another tesla owner and then the Tesla brotherhood thingie starts. This connection forms. Very cool networking stuff starts to happen.
I'm following the progress of the China-Tesla gigafactory
And as I stated before, I like the Tesla-Baosteel (Baowu) relationship and the fact that Baosteel is a big shareholder of Noront.
Continuing on the subject of dilution going forward, I don't believe for a second that Noront will have any problem securing offtake agreements ..much like Sirius did. (sirius was compared to Noront's eagles nest in a Noront corporate presentation).
Johnnie, sirius, signed 3 year off take agreements...with BHP, Glencore, and Trafigura...back in 2015. I wondered about the 3 years back then...and posted about it. It was "wierd" how all three of these companies wanted exactly 3 years of copper, nickel from a 10 year mine.
so Bhp as an example signs this 3 year deal march 2015 and 1 year and 9 month later they get their first concentrate from Sirius who is now owned by Independence group.
The first concentrate was shipped out: December 2016.
https://www.igo.com.au/site/PDF/1149_0/FirstConcentrateShipmentfromNova
so all 3 companies have offtakes until Dec. 2019..
So what do they do after that? Sign up with Sirius for more..or sign a deal with someone else who will be a lower cost producer?
that's the kind of stuff I look at
you mention: "I'm just an investor who's fed up, frustrated, and really concerned about his investment"
Johnnie, how does consistent negative posting , in the short time you've been on the board help alleviate your "concern" about your investment in Noront. Seems counter productive to me.
My suggestion is look for reasons to stay invested and if you can't find a single one..then sell .
