$4,251,819,761 spent in only one month.

What caught my eye in the 4 pages of spending was examples like this:

07-Feb-19 $30,000,000 advance human rights and improve socio-economic outcomes for LGBTQ2 people in developing countries

25-Mar-19 $250,000 Federal Economic Development Initiative for Northern Ontario

30 million for LGBTQ in developing countries but 250K for economic dev. in Northern Ontario.
