It is amazing to see what was accomplished from Jan 2019 to June 2019.

Based on this, unbelieveable accomplishment a finished date of  Sept. 2019 for the Tesla China Gigafactory looks feasible.

Will be good for companies like Baosteel, CATL, Panasonic etc.

And because Baosteel is a shareholder of Noront...should be good for Noront too.
