To buy noront shares,as RCF funds already stated that there will be no more shares issued under .30 cents. So if a person believes that statement, this price of .20 cents should be a buy at a 33% discount! It is always hard to go agaist the current but the prey is always captured on the edge of the field of diversity,where the clam meets the current.Right now the only ones getting cheap shares are buyers and RCF funds with there loan agreements. How long can this continue is the question?
