But my point is this Been There...The determinant factor of whether the land is leased or NOT in this particular case is dependent on public acceptance of the FPF.  Both parties (Noront and Algoma) are well aware of this.  As such any legally binding contract, IMO, should become null and void should the public voice opposition of the leasing of this land for the sole purpose of building the FPF.  Therfore, Noront should not be obliged to honour the leasing agreement with Algoma because of it being conditional on the building of the FPF....Like I said before, I hope Al put an exit clause in the fine print or else we're out 750,000 + shares for next to nothing....Grrrrr!
