Tata Steel, formerly Tata Iron and Steel Company Limited (TISCO), is an Indian multinational steel-making company headquartered in Kolkata, West Bengal, and :Baowu steel (formerly Baosteel) , signed a strategic cooperation agreement. (Baowu-Baosteel) has a board seat (Bo Liu) at noront resources and Baosteel-Baowu is a shareholde of Noront.

they will build a joint company in shanxi(northern China) and cooperate on fields like, stainless, nickel and chrome resources, new materials and energy
