After reading this editorial,

The bigger question is ...Since this appeared ...in the Financial Post Nov.1, 2019,

the bigger question is ...why are you being heard ...now?

If you appear in the Financial post......you are being heard... it is a "business newspaper" after all....very different from an editorial run by the CBC.

But there is something strange....from the article in the Financial post..

What is particularly 'strange' is this paragraph

Either Mr. Swampy is "forgetful" and the two years since starting the NCC is closer to 4 years ago...and he made a mistake when writing this editorial

or..

The Financial post decided to run an editorial written approx 2 years ago....at a more convenient time...like now....as resource projects look to become fashionable again.
