Why? There has to be a reason why we are being held at 15 cents. We should have gone lower by now. However, we all know this is a common scenario with Noront and there is almost always a good reason that shows up later. I am still trying to figure out what that is. But at this moment something in the back of my mind says that our newly awakened Indigenous friends want in. So.... The lower the share price, the higher the number of shares to satisfy the deal. Yes, that means dilution. But it could also mean the partnership they want, and the progress we all need.
Seems lately, everyone, including Matawa, has shown that they want to do business...On the political front we also have Ford and Trudeau trying deparately to sway everyone into thinking that they have the public's best interests in mind. Ford appears to be changing his ways and Trudeau looks as if he may actually stop the Kumbayafest and start opening purse strings to do business. Ford has extended olive branches to those in, and around, his province. Trudeau has just recently accepted one. A number of provinces outside of Ontario have theirs, and lastly, we have the First Nations preparing to receive one as well. So for the time being all is happy happy.
Only in an environment of cooperation can things happen. I think we are approaching that moment where everyone is considering setting aside their personal agendas to sit down and actually do something productive for a change...Perhaps that is what will see for 2020. Fingers crossed it includes an E/W road to the Ring with a Watay Power supply to go with it...You know...Something that follows these Matawa broadband investments that the government is making.
