At .34; conversion would be about $US15 million X 1.30 /.34 = about 58,000,000 shares

At .20; conversion would be about $15US million X 1.30/.20 = 97,500,000 shares

A difference of about 39,500,000 bonuse shares -- how nice for RCF -- keeping in mind that the original conversion price was higher yet.

Franco didn't fair too bad as well with a 1% Gross royalty for $5 million

The due dates where such a large cloud overhanging this stock.  Let's see if this cloud gets lifted....or...if Noront continues to issue interest shares at a rediculous low share price, only to be left in a similar situation in September of 2021.
