Infrastructure , accessabilty , transpotation expansion , tapping the hydro and internet grid is what i look for as signs of moving forward.  thanks for that post Sir.

If the Feds can sign off conditionally for Teck Resourses to advance the $21 billion dollar project to breathe life into the Frontier mine then its very possible they can green light the ROF. sighting $12 billion in tax revenues helped the Liberals justify thier signatures for Teck.

Both projects are located in canadian wetlands, although the environment is very important of coarse but responssible mining vs starving a nation of economic growth is a no brainer. Not taking advantage of billions of dollars in tax revenues is foolish beyond compression. 

Im optimistic 2020 is going to be a turning point
