Just sharing the info as I happened to notice it.

We are a civilization that needs roads and resources. There is always a way to utilize both safely. 

Somebody needs to get all the players together and work this out. 300k of road is nothing. It could be built in a flash. There could be so much benefit to so many, and environmental concerns are so easily addressed. This is a people problem, not an environmental problem.
