even close to being win- win- win for everyone.

With a total float of some 500 Million shares possible, that would

give each common shareholder some 30 cents per share.Since

most retail investors paid many times that amount it would put

95% of them in a loss position.

If i remember correctly Cliffs spent some half Billion on the

property already.As much as $160 per share someone posted

recently is NOT realistic neither is your win-win sum of 30 cents

per share.
