First nations ownership of infrastructure and the resources does not sound like a fair deal to me for everyone else involved. The infrastructure and resources could be developed together with first nations as partners. First nations shouldn't expect to have the right to full ownership just because their ancesters were here first. Everyone needs to remember first nations don't own the the land on which they reside. They have been given certain rights to sustain themselves by the Crown, which does own the land on which they reside.
