Come on...Crying foul about a road to the Ring of Fire when you have your own projects proceeding without consulting the others is hypocrisy at the highest level. If anyone should be complaining it should be Webequie, and Marten Falls, who are downstream, and in many instances downwind with the Arctic jetstream, from both Eabametoong, and Neskantaga. Not the other way around. Plus you'll find quite often these complaints are not directed at the neighboring First Nation, but are instead directed toward the government. Why? Well, these are the people who will listen to you gripe about ridiculous things, and dish out more taxpayers' dollars to make you happy.  When really it was none of your business in the first plalce. Just like all the other projects that happen without your consent that are many miles away from you. Again, because they don't affect you, or your land use plans.

You, my dear Eabametoong, should be called out as both hypocrites, and opportunists.

Here is a prime example of Eabametoong hypocrisy:

....and don't let Neskantaga fool you. They are quite active on their own lands with Northern Superior Resources. All of this has more to do with an East/West road, and more government gifting, if you ask me.
