Sounds to me like Moonias has diesel fuel seeping into his community's water...

My recommendation: Join the Watay Power initiative, and like the 26 other First Nations in the North Western area of Ontario get your community hooked up to hydro that doesn't require diesel to generate.

Along with joining the Watay group your community would no doubt get a brand new road (East / West) that could be used to service your new hydro lines. Plus with the a small amount of clear cutting you could also support the laying of the same sort of Bell amoured fiber optics that the other First Nations in your area have, so that you too can have broadband internet.

Last...Quit complaining...No one likes a winer. Be a real chief and find a solution...Not just a quick fix. The more you do for yourself, the more resourceful you will become...This comes with hard work.
