No...We only have our shareholders from Matawa who have been granted shares from Noront as a gesture of trust and good faith. Making them investors is a very positive move on Noront's part , because these groups chosen are very supportive of the responsible development of the Ring of Fire. They understand what it means to the prosperity of their people as they embrace a new future. This gifting is not simply being done for their cooperation, and the inconvenience of eventually traversing their lands to get to market...This was done because they believe that what Noront is doing is for the greater good. As far as I am concerned our value far outweighs our current dilution. We have not reached a point of concern just yet. The value of our assets grows stronger day by day. It is only greed that stands in our way, which is the true elephant that is in the room.
This talk of pandemic BS is a delay tactic by those who want in on the deal before things move forward, since they know their claim over the Ring of Fire is misplaced, or a weak one at best. The problem is our country is at an impass, and we are now economically vulnerable due to covid. The Ring of Fire offers one of many lasting solutions, but not without being plagued by opportunists, which means costs to the taxpayer...Not Noront.
Unfortunately, our government must pay those who stand between Canada and our recovery as a nation, so IMO we are being blackmailed. This is the gifting I am referring to. So, I am not buying what the First Nations are saying about COVID and the Far North Act...They've had loads of time to discuss this Act....This is merely posturing on their part to force our government to give in, and to some degree they should, and will. But enough is enough. Make your deal with everyone, then draw the line in the sand and step no further. Our stock is down, so that more accumulation can happen...Possibly into First Nation hands; IMO. Noront is still being circled by wolves.
