I'm confused on what's what with the road. Please feel free to comment.

The existing forestry road from Nikina and Aroland to Painter Lake has been upgraded already.

From Painter Lake you go north then take a sharp east into Marten Falls, this is the Maren Falls proponent. The EA is being worked on now.

The northern road link starts where you turn east to go into Marten Falls and runs right into ROF. The EA has not started yet and will take 3 years to complete.

The Webeque proponent runs from Webeque into the ROF and connects with the northern road link. The EA is being worked on now.

Exactly what construction is scheduled to begin in 2021 or is it 2023 or is it 3 years from when the northern road link EA is complete. Anyone??
