Yes. If it can be recognised as a sincere effort on the part of government to be inclusive, and if the desire to work productively for the betterment of First Nations   becomes the sincere effort of MFN, there is no stopping the development of the ring. It has always needed this agreement and lets hope the bell has rung as to the wealth that will be distributed to the FN through recognition of and proactive involvement with the government and companies that want to develop the area as true partners with them. 

It has been a long haul. Interesting times ahead. And as an old poster used to say, "we wait and see".
