If you want crazy valuations look at the crypto market and the tech growth stocks.

Why shouldn't Noront be easily valued at 500M-1B right now? judging by the vision

For example: Dogecoin (which always was meant as a joke) trades at 8-9B US-$ valuation currently.

Value is set by people buying and selling.
