I always said my investment was for my daughter. She is now married and has a baby daughter. She owns a duplex in Montreal and I rent the upstairs apt. I may say sorry too, as I could do with a few new toys and a long vacation. Well, well, maybe it is gonna be "who would have thunk". I am just glad that she has managed and if this happens I can give myself a few gifts and still leave her a little nest egg.
