Where was Coutts?

Critical mineral announcement in Ontario...... and no Coutts.  Ring of Fire right in their master document.  Who has more critical minerals than Noront?  Who has the critical mineral to launch a new stainless steel industry?  Who has the metals to lightweight and power cars?  Noront that's who.

Not Frontier Lithium or First Cobalt Corp.  These are battery dressings.  Why did they get the stage and not Coutts?

Will Noront get a little attention tomorrow?  Was there a reason why Noront was snubbed?
