Does this mean KWG wants to accumulate shares of Noront for some kind of CCC shares?  Who would trade Noront shares for what currently looks like a pipedream of a railroad that Noront themselves states is not needed for 10-20 yrs?

What am I missing?  Trade basically nothing for something???

KWG shares have risen from the dead of .005 to .03 in an instant.  Why?
