If this is still the arrangement, Feds waiting for Province to make a deal with Matawa on the road, then we are buggered. If on the other hand the Feds are willing to move on it because it's a priority even though it'll be stepping on Provincial toes (like setting standards for Long Term Care Homes) then we'll be cooking.
