Thanks for the timeline Ringer. Looks to me that Summer 2022 is where it gets done. They (proponents) wouldn't submit the "identified preferred route" without it being pretty much a done deal.

After that it's just community consultation that might change some bits here and there. This is a cynical take on community consultation having experienced many of these, basically that's how it goes.
