Look this is about "the money"

All first nations need to get in line now, And enbrace the new normal, and new economy, build back better, 

We need to guarantee, clean water, good paying jobs, a path to partnership and equity in the projectThis project needs to move forward because our economy needs it.

Ford needs to speed up the process, I'm for that, build the road, etc.

Like let's have an announcement, or up date like this week.
