I see your point David but I also think that with the upcoming AGM Coutts should be putting a good foot forward to secure his position.  On the day of the meeting it is too late to save himself, shareholders have already made up their minds if they are voting against him.  Problem is that we shareholders are much too tolerant and have never kicked up a fuss over the lack of communication so why would anything change in that area.  They are getting away with too much.  More and more every week I am less tolerant of the lack of communication from Coutts.
