Cliffs bought four claim blocks of FWR for $270 million; then bought SPQ for $125 million

This deal values all of Noront for $133 million

 

Some loose ends:

Franco Nevada has $26US outstanding loan

FNC/KWG/PRB/BLD/BMK have claims close by and may have plans of their own

First Nations have yet to weigh in; there will need to be some consultation

 

Regardless, I'm hoping for a much better offer
