Excellent research, and thorough!

Im thinking that Forest was a paid straw-man, fake bid cover for China's Baosteel Corp. to re-enter Noront/RoF in strength, before a US gov't mining major makes a bid.

Bieden in turning the screws fast on China contols of NA based strategic national security- based assets.
