Chill guys.  It was only Tuesday that we heard Wyloo intended to make an offer.  We don't know yet if the offer was presented. It's only been 5 days and 2 of them were a weekend.  Already we have our pants in a knot (me included) and we don't know anything.  It's fear that's driving us. We've got a long way to go of back and forth.  Let's just get started and hope Noront steps up for us.  Certainly they will not accept the first offer without counter offering.  I just hope they make it clear that we are not giving away the farm.  Oh yes, and there is the committee hired to do yet another assessment of value.  Wondering if that will be another 2 years.  Sorry, I had a rant in me that had to come out.
