If the Wyloo and Baosteel reps are withheld then I imagine a new slate of directors would be tabled.  And yes Wyloo could reinstate and most likely is entitled to a board seat.  With Baosteel I'm not so sure as their ownership is around 5-6% I believe.  All in all witholding Wyloo and Baosteel reps definetely make things more difficult for them.  Anything to give us little shareholders an edge is worth it.
