Sad to say but we need Wyloo to get the deal done with the FN and govt.  They have the financial might to push this through.  And based in how the market is reacting to this, it's saying that they anticipate the valuation to come in close to the offer price.

Wyloo is going to get a majority stake with ease, and then force the remaining hold outs to capitulate.
