Noront, Coutts and the board have to maximize shareholder value,

however, over the last 15, years, one could argue differently.

At the moment, nothing has been sold out  or bought out by anyone, 

We have time, 105 days, 

We should be patient, this is the game we need to play, so let it play out, 

I don't think Wyloo want to sell out at this price also, as they have the 1% net royalty on the chromite, in their back pocket.

That leaves the 99% on Noront shareholder's back pocket. 

We have had 2 offers in quick succession, that we know of,
