Hi everyone,

I've been in NOT for many years and at a cost of around $2. The research and discussions posted by everyone are really appreciated - just have one simple question to all those folks who know so much more about this than me.

If the NOT Board recommends the BHP offer, and they have tendered their shares to BHP, does that not imply that there won't be any competing bids from anyone else? Wouldnt the Board not have held out their shares for a higher, competing, offer if there was the possibility of one being on the cards?

I really hope this is not the case and there will be competing offers, but I'm very interested in the answer to this question, if anyone would care to answer.

Brgds,

A-G
