Just got a call 3 min ago from BHP and gave him the reasons that there would be no way I would accept that ridiculously low offer.  He got a full earful of reasons why the resources in the ground were worth so very much more. He mentioned that the board has recommended it be accepted whereby I gave him another earful about how I have no respect for the board looking after the shareholders interest and the reasons why. He never asked what I would accept nor where my shares were held and thanked my for my feedback.  I do think he got it loud and clear and hopefully pass it along.
