I have yet to receive a phone call or any correspondence regarding the .55 bid.  Regardless I won't be entertaining the offer to tender my shares... interesting how they are asking at what point people would consider it though.

I have to think that another bid is being prepared by them... maybe even scenarios for a counter bid if another entity decides to jump into the Ring.

My question is if another superior bid comes by a different company will the NOT BOD finally have their gag order lifted and speak freely and truthfully on said bid.  They obviously signed/agreed to back this one as a means of countering Wyloo's low ball bid.

I'm very unhappy with the lack of info coming from our BOD and I hope the reason is due to what I see as an arrangement to increase SP. If I'm wrong then it's a sad day because I will have to accept that they have sold us shareholders out for their personal gain.

For now I'm still giving them the benefit of the doubt. At least we are trending upwards. One day closer folks, hold onto those shares.
