Read through the report by Syphils and not impressed.... And we paid 600k for some analyst to do some historical and basic modeling.  Not good value for money in my opinion.  Numbers are all over the place to.  What I wanted to see was modeling based on scenarios and valuation based on risk events with step valuations based on time and FN/EA approvals including what ifs on financing, dilution, events and time so that we can make informed decisions on whether the offer is fair.
