There has to be news in the pipeline,

Coutts needs to step up in the election run and present his case for development

If Noront doesn't ask, Noront will not get

The business of NOT must continue forward irrespective of any takeover bids

This is not a paid vacation period for Coutts till Nov. 9/21

If Coutts /Noront says nothing or does nothing till Nov 9, then, Houston/Noront, we have a problem.
