I don't think we can count on Coutts and the Board to do anything to help the shareholders achieve a superior price by taking advantage of the upcoming election.  They have already made up their mind that they are making a small fortune for themselves and at this point, I think that is all they care about.  

Most companies are accused of having a Board that only cares about the shareholder's value and nothing else (i.e. environment, etc.).  Just our luck after holding out hope for the last 10 years that we ended up with a Board who did not give a hoot about the shareholders and are only looking out for themselves.

Can you tell that I am a bit peeved by Coutts and the Board.  They are simply overlooking our concerns and not thinking about us, but I'm sure that will not bother their conscience at all when they look at their amount of money in the bank after all this is done.

I was holding up for more but I've lost hope.  I think the game is lost but I'm not giving up my shares until I absolutely have to - they'll have to drag them out of my hands.
