I don't see a path to 51% for BHP the current $0.55 offer given Wyloo's and Bao's holdings and general apathy to the offer. Wyloo has no path at all until they at least make a formal offer. I expect things to continue to develop as the companies see how the market responds to them and they execute their strategy.

With little downside I picked up another 11,150 shares today at $0.56. Worse case is I may lose a penny.
