BHP is a decades -proven, worldwide strategic leader in the lifecycles of multii-metal industrialization for many nations, worldwide.

If BHP shares were included as part of its current cash-only take-over offer, I would have a very close look.

This would enable grandkids' continued future participation in the proceeds of selling my NOT/RoF shares to a very deserving and respected Australian nation.
