Me too BB. WayLow was kicking tires, and hoping to find out what interest their really was. Must have t'd off our CEO. I think it was unexpected. As indignant as Waylow seems, their bid was way to low. Surely they knew the tires they were kicking was a Rolls Royce. Also, poor sports. Has anyone ever seen a potential buyer of a company react in print they way they have just done? All petulant and peevish that Noront did not consult them? They would have entertained a juicier offer if they had been told. AND, they are being prevented from doing their due diligence to boot. AND, they will not tender their shares. AND, unfortunately, that 13 million puts the icing on the cake. What? Well, they have just let BHP know that they will have to up the ante, cause they are aware that Retail is in no mood to tender their shares either. BHP is listening folks. Watching. Tender trickle is all they are getting. "Strange things happen under the midnight sun, by men who moil for gold". As arched enemies as they seem, they could join forces if another Behemoth tries to put them both in their place. Bottom line, BHP's bid is outrageous. They too are kicking tires.
