There's no mention of how this will affect our current shares. Is it a 1:1? Does Noront remain an entity thus no change?

If I interpret this correctly, Wyloo intends to aquire 51% by offering a higher price to some of the low-hanging fruit on the retail market?

I certainly have no intent to sell at this price, however I'm not completely against Wyloo guiding us to the future.
