I was disrupted from my slumber when I heard Crazydik wake....I've been with NOT since 2007 (wow!) and periodically checked in on Agoracom to see what people had to say.  Needless to say....in the past 10 years - there hasn't been much.

Now we have all this back and forth muscling between two giants with little NOT being tossed around like a play thing. I do recall back in May that NOT tried to flex in response to Wyloo with the Shareholder Rights Plan -https://norontresources.com/noront-resources-adopts-shareholder-rights-plan-2/#:~:text=The%20Rights%20Plan%20is%20designed,applicable%20take%2Dover%20bid%20rules.

Is anyone able to chime in on the status of this? NOT an expert in this space - but it sounds like whoever the bully is that takes NOT on will be subject to the possibility that the shareholders (other than the bully) can purchase shares at 50% discount for each share they have.  For me - that is a nice option to have and reason to keep some dry powder back.

Can anyone clarify if this was ratified at the Shareholder meeting?
